I built a wooden ground mount that holds 20 solar panels. It is balanced and adjusts by hand. I’d like to purchase 3-6 manual jacks to help with the 20-45 degree seasonal adjustments. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks!

Nicely done!
The first thing that comes to mind is some modified ratcheting cargo bars or trailer jacks.

I'm sure others will have better recommendations.

I'd go with those motorized arms that were popular on satellite dishes back in the day. There are tons of tracking kits out there now for the solar tracker setups that would work for what your wanting I would think. Cheap too.
