Looking to buy a sol-ark 15 and a Kong big battery from shopsolarkits.com to add to my solar install.
Price seems right. On par with other resellers? Ymmv situation- some plus some minus?
I just want to vet them and make sure they aren’t a fly by night operator

I purchased my smaller system from them in 2022 and have no complaints.

I actually JUST purchased a much larger system and was wondering the same thing. I got a system with a Sol-Ark and EG4 LL batteries. So far the second purchase has been the same experience. I got a real person on the phone when I called and stuff has arrived as it should.

I've gotten multiple packages which I guess is kind of annoying. I'll update again once I have the system installed and more time has passed, but so far everything has been good.
