I am trying to find if there is a firmware update for my Schneider conext XW+ (NOT the pro)
I am looking for the English 230v

not that I can find any updates for the Conext

the pro yes, but not the conext

any help appreciated

can I get a little more help plz

so I am trying to connect to the insight home for the first time,

I have only got my mobile phone as the internet and my laptop

I tether with my phone for internet

how do I see/read/log into the insight home

or how do I make the connection between insight home and laptop

I have ethernet cable from Schneider to insight and the terminator at the Schneider, now what ??

Hi......I need your help...a few days ago I upgraded the firmware from 1.03 to 1.11, to my XW pro following the steps of Schneider, first I updated the insighthome I put the inverter on standby and then updated the XW pro. The update was done well but I find the detail that when the grid goes out the red led that marks the events on the inverter panel no longer lights up. In the SCP it does not indicate it either. Before doing the upgrade, in version 1.03, it worked, and it marked the events of the lack of grid and sent me an alert by email....can someone explain to me what happened...thanks
