So frustrated trying to find the panels I need

The strings wouldn't work out properly to either be short on maximum potential or go over limit.
Over paneling is a thing you can do. Rarely will you ever hit sticker watts from the panels. shade, heat, etc.

Id go 5s2P on the 445w and be done.

Just remember your looking at 8 to 12 home runs of wire to get that done
 
Maybe take a look at these guys? Their selector tool is pretty handy.


I needed a few panels that didn't warrant a big shipping bill, and at the time they happened to have some suitable panels in a Chicago warehouse that worked for me, purchase was reasonably smooth.
 
So hey, I really don't see what the problem with the 445s would be. Also, they look like solid stuff.
