Hi All,

I am encountering some issues with a Sofar installation, namely when trying to connect the batteries.
For some context about the installation:
I have an AC retrofit system with 42 KWp capacity using two inverters: HYD 20KTL-3PH and 25KTLX-G3. I connected two Pylontech H1-V2 batteries (with a capacity of 24.85 KWh each) in parallel to the BAT1 input. Currently the batteries communicate in cascade (master-slave). The Master battery communicates with the hybrid inverter via CAN. The inverter has 2 inputs BAT 1 and BAT2, and I currently only use BAT1.

My question is: How can I connect one battery to the BAT1 input and the other to the BAT2 input?

I’d also like to know how to connect the the data communication lines for the two batteries with the hybrid inverter (CAN or RS485)?
Currently, the charging/discharging current is set to 25A for one input.
I’d like to increase the current to 50A after changing the battery input arrangement to both BAT1 and BAT2.

Could you please give me some advice or any addiitonal information about realzing this setup?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

All the best,
Robert.
