what software does everyone use to track their Panel arrays batteries etc.???

Me, nothing really.

The only thing I have going is a small monitor panel in the corner of the screen for this PC that shows the current battery voltage / amps / watts from the panels / charger mode, that sort of thing. It talks with simple http requests to a linux SBC wired to the controller and connected to my home network with wifi. But for the distance it could be done with bluetooth serial. The linux SBC gathers the data from the charger with... another perl script. I did have it logging to a database and could produce graphs but I don't have it doing that any more as it doesn't really do anything useful for me.

I'll sound like a cheater because I haven't done it yet , but I'm planning to read my battery bank voltage with an arduino (using a voltage divider with two resistors). Then, jumping to a Raspberry pi to be able to watch it from the network and might add some level of automation using relays to make a low level cut-off
