SOK rack terminal cover

Until somebody comes up with a better solution, this is what I’m doing to cover the “extra” terminal on the SOK rack batteries.

It’s a cap from a propane bottle, but any right sized cap would work. Filled it with a little goop and stuck the bolt in.

Works good; looks ok; and if the cap falls off, the goop should still provide insulation.

I was thinking about using nylon bolts,so they would not be conductive. your idea is great can you buy those caps any where?
You could just drill a hole through the cap, then you would not need the glue.
