I am looking for an enclosure for a Solar Disconnect Switch, PV Isolator IP66 Waterproof. The one I purchased will rot in the sunlight as it is sunny here from sunrise to sunset 93% of the year. Any recommentations?

How about the MNPV3 from MIdnite Solar? One of the options is to use a single 2-pole 300V capable breaker as a disconnect, if that works for your situation volt-wise, at whatever amps you need. It is a combiner box, but can serve as as a disconnect-only:
