solax 3.6kw inverter installed in attic

would this void the warranty as see it was meant to be put outside and manual says over 45c it starts derating and will boil its balls off unless i cool it down and export seems to go up.

i also have no ct meter so the inverter app does not show export or grid power and dont have a smart meter either so the wheel goes round the wrong way when it is exporting as it does not have a back stop.

problem is 2 houses with old eltek inverters have blown up and taken the meter with them because there 9 years old and 1 guy has a smart meter but is havening problems with sockets and light bulbs blowing.
