Hi all, I am a real amateur in understanding the solar etc so please bear with me.
2 years ago I had a Solar system on my single phase supplied house, 3.6 invertor with 5.8kw master battery. 38 panels at 345w.
I am looking to scale up the system. I really wanted to know if I could add other makes of battery to solax system as solax from a UK company is over 2k and I know I can get batteries from Aliexpress etc a lot cheaper.
I have an ev car so more storage is worth it if the initial cost outlay allows.
I have brought some big items from Aliexpress so happy with what I am getting in to there.
Another thought would be taking the solax master out and adding stackable Lifepo4 batteries of another make if I cant add third part slaves to my exisitng.
I hope this lakes sense to anyone who could advise?
