Soliscloud app not working

Im a new member to this forum. I have recently installed solar panel and using the Solis cloud app. This App doesn't work well and it keep providing wrong data. Please can anyone explain where this energy is going to ? This what I can see in the App.

What does the front screen of the Solis show?

The App is not great. It shows snapshots of data taken every 5 minutes. The figures don't always match up.

If you want to get a more accurate and real-time view of what is happening, look on the inverter screen.
