Solved: Fault 502 - Growatt

I'm helping out a friend who've got the same setup as myself.
Growatt MOD 10KTL3-XH, Eastron SDM630 Modbus V3, with Growatt ARK XH 7.5Kw battery.

My system works fine, however his system reports fault 502 for the battery controller.

I'm unable to find any references to 502 online except some related to wrong frequency(?).

From what I can see, his settings are identical to mine. (including over/under frequency/voltage)

Could it be firmware issues or problem with the cables? Any ideas?

Answering my own post: 502 for growatt means low voltage in all or one of the battery modules. Solution was to charge them up, once charged 592 fault went away.
