Just received my 8 new 200Ah cells, (Ninthcit cells-Amazon) which I plan to prep accordingly. Currently in place are OKS's 100Ah cells w/ the 8S 100A bms. Flawless thus far I might add for the last 6 months. I've cycled them consistently, daily, both gently, and occasionaly aggressively, primarily in the 30% to 95% SOC area. Never a problem.
My CC is epever 4215BN. I've dialed in the CC settings to what I believe is a happy place. Charge limit is set at 28.8. (Bms fallback protection settings in place as well)
My Inverter is Giandel PSW 2K/4K
My plan is this: once my new cells are top balanced, prepped and rested, I plan to remove the 100Ah bank, install the 200Ah bank, change the "user" settings on the epever from 100Ah to 200Ah, and leave the rest alone. Aside from potential tweaks, anything I might be overlooking? And btw, I'll be using the same bms. My loads and chargings have never been close to exceeding the limits of the bms or batt bank. I just needed more capacity.
