Battery wiring with 12-24v and 100ah 200ah

I have 4 new batteries 2 are 24volt Voltx 100ah and the other 2 are Renogy 12 volt 200ah.
how can I wire them up as one big 24volt battery.
live attached a sketch of the 2 banks…..do I simply attach the pos to pos and neg and neg of each bank as shown in yellow? And will they balance the cells in this configuration if I wire it up as shown and let it sit for a few days?

The cells won't self balance, but your connection diagram looks right.
