Looking for anyone who has had a recent experience with Lennar home construction in Tampa.

I am in the process, nothing is committed at the moment. I’m short on options, can’t gamble on resales with multiple bid offers when I am supposed to arrive during the start of Summer. New construction is the better option as renting is even worse.

Would really appreciate anything anyone could express about dealing with them specifically. Obviously, I have read stuff and now want to hear anything directly from people.

Thanks In advance

They have been around for a while so that's always a good sign in the construction industry. It's always a good idea to walk through some of their older 10+ years subdivision and see how they hold up.

They are a 'quick and dirty' builder. I worked for them in home automation in the middle-nineties.
Back then you could buy a REALLY NICE 2200 sqft home with all the upgrades for high 200's. I was trying to figure out how I could stand to live there. Just...no. LOL
