TOWING - Renogy 30A DC-DC, 400W Solar, two 12V 100AH LIFEPO4’s & 2000W inverter.

I have the setup you(Will) suggested. However, I’m not sure how to setup the ground wires since I’m towing w/the DC-DC charger and house batteries mounted/grounded to my trailer but the starting battery is grounded to the towing vehicle. Will that pose any issues? If so, any suggestions will be very much appreciated!

Shouldn't be a problem. Most DC to DC converters and chargers share a common negative on both sides. Assuming that when you say "grounded" ,you are referring to a connection between the negatives and frames.
