Most young ppl don't know about him. I think he was experiment gone bad. Classic ear marks called a genius. Most serial killers are very smart. That makes them hard to catch.

The killings stopped when he was arrested but the police was initially reported looking for white man saying e was racist all kinds of shit. That was few years back. It was ugly business
