Hello! I'm new to solar and lithium batteries. I got a good deal (I hope) on two used lithium batteries and am trying to find out some info on them, especially what kind of amperage I can pull out of the BMS. See attached pics for BMS and battery. I was told it was a 100 amp hour li-ion, with an available 60 amp max draw from the BMS. However looking up the battery info (A123 ANR26650m-1B) I think they are lifepo4 ~80 amp hour batteries. Would someone be able to help tell me what's what here?
Also, what about the BMS amp rating and is there a way to change it or do I need a new BMS if I want to draw more amps? I'm concerned about the wire size on the batteries, they look really small. Can I remove them and solder on bigger wire?
My goal is to make a 2000 watt 12v portable solar power station/generator. I already have a 60 amp MPPT and a 2000 watt 12v inverter. Along with a sterling power BB1230 for dc-dc charging.
Once I figure out the batteries, I'm sure I'll have questions about the power station build. Thanks in advance!
