I want charge my STARTER BATTERY (Lead Acid) and my "LEISURE BATTERY" (LiFePo4) from ONE solar panel.

Background:
My camper-van drain the STARTER BATTERY after some weeks when it stand. So I will install a 55w solar panel and a Victron SmartSolar to charge it.
As for LEISURE BATTERY I have a 300Ah LiFePo4 battery. When I drive I have a DC-DC Renogy 60A charger, so for that I not need a solar panel.
The solar panel is to maintain the battery from draining to empty when I not use it on longer periods, not primary to charge and top up the batteries.

OPTION 1:
Can I use a Victron SmartSolar MPPT to charge a 2nd batter via "Load Output" when the first battery is full ?
I was thinking to use the Victron setting "Load Output", let say at 14v, to turn on and charge my LEISURE BATTERY when the STARTER BATTERY is full.
What can I use to charge my "LEISURE BATTERY" with 2-3A and 13.5 Float voltage?

Can I use something like this?
"250W 10A Step Up Power Supply DC 8.5V-48V to 10-50V Boost Converter Constant Voltage Current Drive Module Adjustable CC CV"

OPTION 2:
Or is it better to let the SmartSolar charge the LifePo4 LEISURE BATTERY and from the LEISURE BATTERY use a boost voltage module + Lead-Acid charger module to charge the STARTER BATTERY?
