Besides that, did you have a good experience ordering from them?

It was fine. Liftgate shipping included in cost. I bought the other 2/3t Universal outdoor unit scratch & dent from Ingrams also, about 18 months ago, and that's running fine. I hope to get this 2nd system working in a week or so, we'll see.
