Maybe your loads don't use enough energy to get down to 50% before they charge back up. Maybe your inverter settings are incorrect. Maybe a lot of things.
Post your components, wiring diagram, pictures, loads, settings, anything and everything that might be useful because non of us can see anything of your system.
