Will 110 voc be enough to run my growatt 3 in series 6 panels altogether 2 strands 3 in each series 1410 watts

That growatt needs at least 120volts to start working, with those panels you will need 5 panels in series to reach the minimal voltage of the inverter. Vmp 29.8 * 5 in series = 149 volts. You also don't want more then five in series as you will exceed more then the 250 volt limit of the inverter. Voc @ -21c/-6f 43 volts * 5 in series = 215 volts.

If I run 6 in series will that work 178.8 vmp

It will work until it gets colder then about 14F and the Voc will exceed the 250 volt limit and damage your inverter. At 12F Voc will be 41.8v * 6 in series = 251 volts, and be above the limit of the inverter.

So 2 strands of 5 panels in series will work ok then go thru combiner box volts and amps will be ok like this
