Will this setup work

I recently purchased a used 28ft camper trailer and will be off grid 95% of the time and in the process of building my solar setup. I already have 2 Renogy 200watt solar panels, 1 Renogy 40amp MPPT Controller, 1 Lithium 100amp battery. My final setup will as follows and curious if the 40A solar controller will work with this system.
3x200 watt solar panels Renogy
1 40 amp solar controller with BT Renogy
1 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter Renogy
3 100 amp Lithium batteries
1 500A batterry monitor with shunt
2 Bus bars

Model numbers would be helpful to make sure we are talking about the same equipment. A lot of Renogy stuff is 12v, so that is a start.
Let's say that 600w of panels produce 2kWh per day. You may have. 3.6kwh of batteries, so that may be a problem, depending upon your power needs. 3.6kwh of batteries to 2kw of inverter works too.

Do an energy audit of your use before going any further. This will determine battery bank size. Which then determines pv array size. It's a pita I know.
