Will this work safely?

I'm wanting to power a ham radio that runs on 12 volts and requires 11 amps and have the solution be very poetable. I'd like something like the Jackery 1000. However it's 12 volt outlet states 10 amps max. I contacted them to see if it would handle 11 amps and they said theoretically yes but it's over their posted limit for the outlet. I know that I could use a 120 to 12 volt power supply safely with this solution but that's one more piece of equipment to lug around.

Has anyone overloaded one of these by an amp or two? If so, what was your result? Or is there a portable solution that will handle 11 amps?

I recommend a minimum of 20% margin when spending money. That would need 13 to 15 amps for specified output.

What else does Jackery provide? Consider just a bare battery to supply the power.

Thanks on the margin. None of their solutions offer more than 10 amps on the 12V outlet.
