wise size between batteries

Can I ask what the wire size should be between two 100ah lifepo4 batteries. The will be right beside each other and wired in parallel. I have two 1/0 awg wires just sitting around but they are about 2ft long and I don't have the ability to cut and crimp them. So obviously connecting two batteries together beside each another there would be a lot of extra cable..Don't know if that would cause a problem

Right sized cables are better, but what you have on hand is cheaper. If both are the same length, I'd be fine with it.

My question is what sort of current does your system pull out of the batteries?

I am with Eggo on same size and it doesn't really matter, but how you wire the uplinks and what you pull out of it has an effect on the wires connecting the two.
