I'm trying to figure out if how to wire up my 4 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries to make them 24V 100 Ah. I have 2 600Amp 12 stud bus bars, and a battery equalizer that claims to handle the battery load I have (I may have to return it and spend the extra money to get the Victron balancer to reduce risk).
Anyway, the question I have is, what wire size do I use from batteries to busbar, batteries to other batteries, busbar to 200 amp Class T-Fuse, T-Fuse to inverter.
I used the Victron app and it seems to show 50MM2 (1/0-0). Does that mean use 1/0 Gauge AWG from bus bar to T-Fuse? What about between the batteries?
Battery to Busbar - ?
Battery to Battery - ?
Busbar to 200 amp t-Fuse - 1/0 gauge AWG?
T-Fuse to inverter - ?
Thanks, I've been running this through my head for days and I know its likely simple, but I don't want things to go Boom. (I know it would have been better to get 24V LiFePO4 batteries, but there's no way I am rewinding that purchase, until I see the system actually performing and producing something).
