I am testing the little 100Balance 1A Active Balancer. On sale <$15us on AMZ. Darn thing works. To small for my 15S 100aH but it is reducing the differential. I put a temp probe on it and not seeing much heat but only 1 amp.

you have to look at your break even cost for the solar. I have battery backup and that justified the system expense to have have the system. Payback time is 8 years at current rate. Backup Power with solar charging benefits and piece of mind. A few more panels and price will keep going down.
