Do they reach eg 3.6v or 3.65v...? Didn’t an earlier comment mention that you may have one cell triggering the bms cutoff ... while the others are still undercharged... just trying to help..
Not sure “mppt module “ exists ... only in the very confused mind of the person asking the question... this is a Bluetti I think being questioned.. the answer is basically saying you can hook up panels to the Bluetti without the need for an external “ mppt module”..( charge controller)...

160ma balancing... so not ideal but heavy duty...
So I think you’re right... if fully charged bay sits at 13.8 ... maybe set v to 13.7v and at 13.8 will show 100% soc... I’m no expert .. but using these threads to learn as well..
If it was me... I would stop using the system... take the battery apart... test the cells.. see if you have any duds, look at the bms.. get a spare bms of similar spec.. rebuild the battery with the new bms.. see how it performs..obviously I can’t tell you to do that because I’m not qualified...

The bms PCB is something I’ve not seen before... beats all the wire spaghetti creeping around... I’d imagine it’s cheap to manufacture..mind you everything is in China.. Good timing... Red Sea looks like it’s being avoided by China now... nightmare for shipping..?
