One idea that i have seen, wich might be the one you are referring too.. its buring some PVC tubes and put an helicocentrifugal extractor to move the air when needed. Cool air for cheap... but not sure if it will work.
For AC definitely minisplits, so you can have redundancy and get something...

So recently my neighbor decided to put an elevated array of solar panels, our properties don't have any separation... so that ended up screwing our side.
Title of the post its a Joke, but i think its not cool, they could have put them at any other place, we didn't even notice...
Have you ever used modular terminal blocks?, they are very common on industrial panels, you can join them together with busbars / bridges, altough i have never used them in high power DC...
I can swear it was in the manual but in a quick check couldn't find it, hopefully someone here has the data.

Its included, not sure about the speed but its in the range of ms, you can usually find it in the user manual / specs page. I can tell you that its fast enough to maintain power in any device, even PC's, so it could be used as an UPS too!
I can talk by experience that you get swelling with minimal C rates, only by the process of charge & discharge (At least with my prismatic's) . Posted something about this last year (With photos of the swelling), and thats why i went ahead and builded my compression case.
