I personally don't have one. So you'll have to research it. From what I've seen on the RV forums people like it. It's connects via Bluetooth to your phone.
The inverter also looks like it can operate at upto 15.5vdc. Lifepo4 batteries max voltage is 14.6 so you are good there.
You SCC looks like it is programable so you should be able to set the correct charge parameters for lifepo4 batteries. Your solar will top off the batteries so you wouldn't...
You'll need to change out the converter to one that will charge lifepo4 batteries. If you install a lager converter over 45 amps then you'll need to change to larger wiring too.
You're are right. But there's a half assed way and a right way. And the right way is to be able to control your charge settings. I get it if that’s all you have and no money and you need something it will work. But if your buying stuff Nows the time to build it right.
Couldn't you use a cc/cv boost converter since you need to boost voltage to 14.6v?

My first thought is how good are the cells balanced within each 48v battery? Did you top balance all the cells prior to assembly?
My next concern/ thought is are the jk bms able to be paralleled? You maybe better off building 1 16s4p battery with only 1 bms. Or Two 16s2p batteries.
You could use a battery mounted fuse block like this.
