Anyone have word from Michael? He seems to have completely went dark. Would really like to have the cells I ordered (ones not damaged or incorrect type that I received). This has slowed/stopped my solar project and I would really like to know what is going on to resolve this.

I am in the same boat as AER, let alone the cells were damaged, QR codes scratched off, swollen, etc, they were the wrong studs with no hardware. Not only did I not get the wrong batteries, they are unusable. I see that I need to file a UPS claim now? What is the time limitation to do so...

Yea, same here, F&F, I don't know that I wouldn't be outside the window of dispute anyway.

I have not heard anything from Michael this week. Are we supposed to be also submitting a damage report to UPS? I tried to find where to do that, but didn't see where/how to do that.

@Michael B Caro I just looked and the busted up cells I received were not even the ones that I ordered. These have the smaller studs, not the M8 (larger studs) I ordered. I am beginning to believe that what we were shipped was just some junk cells that they threw in a box that they knew were...

Same, here, and no nuts on the terminals. with all of this, I forgot to even look to see if they were the M8 studs I ordered.

I did pay extra for testing and matching cells......and got junk.....
