Pyro fuses can be easily salvaged from EV salvage yards and some BMS out there have ability to setup this type easily. From my knowledge Batrium is one of them....probably more that i didn't have time to research. Infineon technology is what I'm very familiar with but this is another discussion.

It is possible but you will have to mimic cells for all bms leads and use benchtop power supply to act as battery voltage acting as battery terminals. You can use some cheap battery cells for testing anything that is within specifications of bms to read.

Have inverter on idle use jumper cables while you rebooting BMS. Just my advice.

You definitely got lucky and have good batch of battery cells that are within tight QC tolerances. High quality battery cells are easy to work with. What is your BMS and balancing method? I do prefer active balancers over passive types.

You will probably have to take it out test alone for Ah ratings....If all goes well top balance all cells individually and do some detective work why this row is not charging with rest of them or discharging faster than rest of them.

I do understand that but how often do you check parallel cells for integrity especially if they are going to be used over long-term. At 500+ Ah i usually run separate resistance meters that track and watch overitime for voltage drift or resistance imbalance between multiple parallel cells. So...

Sure...but if there is short still on the board not making enough current to blow other fuse it could lead to completely dead cell in the pack. One of biggest investments are battery pack and inverters so careful design and benchtop BMS testing are good choice to figure out everything and know...

Biggest issues is not only MediaTek chip but some apps are just not complied for this chip manufacturer properly and you could have app and Bluetooth issues.

Acceptable DeltaV will depend on how accurate your bms is in reading voltage. When you know this that will give margin of error +/- (example BMS is accurate down to 6 mV) . How fast you charging and discharging scenario will change how DeltaV across cells. Grade A +++ will stay between 2-8 mV...
