I am looking into buying a solark 15k or a eg4 18k. Any recommendations on a vendor for the sol ark 15k with good pricing? I would prefer the sol ark over the eg4 but the pricing really has me leaning towards the eg4.

Well that helps a lot. I do plan to use at least 40% a day at a minimum. Right now is the low end use because the weather is very mild. Once it gets cold the heat pump will start using a lot more (same in the summer with ac)

Unfortunately that's not in the budget. I am really just wondering if doing the above will have a benefit or not....unless I am confusing mppt controller with something else.
