Thanks for the response. Seems like the old firmware was limited to 100A. New firmware defaults to 200A. 2x200A = 400. This was my confusion since my firmware was so old. Glad to be up and running at full capacity now. I've never heard the fans kick on when charging before. Them...

This is what I settled on. It aint pretty but it works. I will likely get some conduit runs from the battery junction boxes to tidy things up and add a bit of security.

You need to focus on getting your phone connected and firmware updated. You are likely doing something wrong there. Follow the PDF listed above.

Oncei ran home from work I restarted the inverter and everything started functioning normally again. Weird glitch. I'll see what happens over the next few days if the sun ever comes out

Sorry I didn't see the second half of your statement. I don't really want to couple and have another point of failure.... I'm on my third solar edge inverter in the 4-5 years my system has been up and I kinda want the thing off my house.

No problem it took me a bit to work through as well. You want your AC coupled power running loads and doing its thing during a grid out scenario so you do not want it kicking off low.
