Can’t you just get local Deye, Luxpower, or SRNE rebadger? Of the 230V models.
I'm not familiar with any of those brands except deye and I've checked their prices and they're above my budget

Where in Europe do they use 120v/240v split-phase power?
EG4 the battery or EG4 the inverter? The inverter would be useless here since it's split phase, not single phase 230V. The battery has alternatives here if you want rack mounts, such as the SOK.

No, and most regulations wouldn't allow them to do so. Do we have some labs (maybe even home labs) that have this, sure - but very, very few. It's just not worth the hassle. I'm also still very much convinced that once you go 240V single phase / 400V 3 phase you don't want to go back.

There were a few generations that were popular. And then people got pretty burned by some that came out in the pandemic era.
Will has videos on them, you'll have to search around to see what the mapping between Voltronics and reseller names is.

Eg4 18kpv can output 240v 50hz. That will power appliances, but you loose the neutral line.

How about in Mexico? I am getting SNA 5-6K split phase because i could not get EG4 6000XP shipped and delivered to mexico

Sol-ark = rebadged deye
Both luxpower and deye can be bought pretty affordable with local sellers

I am in France and works flawlessly so would work in Portugal just the same. They have batteries to match and even wall mount batteries.
