Hi everyone!

Hangzhou Goosolar New Energy - does it ring a bell?

They have some really good prices on Alibaba for lifepo4 EVE 280Ah and I am flirting with the idea of buying some, but I thought I would ask around first.

Anyone bought from them? Are they to be trusted?

Stick to known good vendors, we have several that are well known and deliver exactly what is promised.
A word of advice... Batteries are a LONG TERM investment, LFP will give you 15+ years. Saving $5-$10 per cell may seem like a bargain, till they have problems or issues and it only takes 1 cell in a pack to hamper it seriously.

Remember the old saying about being Penny Wise & Dollar Foolish ?
Well it REALLY Applies to solar gear and buying parts / components. BTW: It does not matter where it comes from either, there are cheaters/sheisters in every nook of the planet.

A few sadly also learned the hardest & most painful way that cheaping out and using discount fuses / breakers is a surefire way to make a fire. Some thing allow for No Compromise.

Unfortunately Amy Wan from Luyuan Tech informed me they don't ship to Romania anymore because of Customs people making trouble. I had to find a vendor with EU stock, I went with Shenzhen Cylaid Technology (Gigi Zhou). They seemed serious. I should get my shipment in about 2 weeks

The cells are not 280 Ah, my measurements show 257 Ah between 3,000v and 3,550v. I am discussing a partial refund with the seller to compensate for the missing Ah
