Prismatic LiFePo4 without terminal connectors, what to do?

I'll make sure to test the epoxy before I try to apply it. I'll try various thicknesses to see how it conducts and whether a washer included has any effect. And yes, SS is a really poor choice for this application.

So I received two of these cells and neither have connectors attached to the poles, they're just flat surfaces of apparently aluminium. The seller recommends not to tap holes into the cells but to laser weld some studs. That's not something I can do myself and represents an increase in the cost never mind the difficulty of actually finding the appropriate studs. Are there any other responsible solutions you guys know of?
I'd recommend not attempting to add a stud but rather alter the method of terminal connection used. Use a strip bus and spot weld them with a simple spot welding system. You can later peel off the bus strips with a pair of pliers when you want to disconnect them. It may be a less service friendly approach but it will work just fine.

Here's the type of spot welder I'm talking about and yes, prismatics can be used with spot welded bus strips.
