Advice on how to wire these panels

This is on the roof of my RV.



I have two Victron 100/50 MPPT's. Two sets of 10ga wire coming off roof.

Panel specs: Voc: 24.3V Isc: 10.2A Vmp: 20.4V Imp: 9.8A

So I am limited to 3S max. With 8 panels, I was thinking 2S/2P would work well. So, which ones to 2S/2P?

This is the whole system. It is currently wired as two separate 3S systems.

If you can edit your picture and give each panel a number, it would be much easier to give suggests.
ie Solar 1 = (1||2) - (3||4)
Solar 2 = (5||7) - (6||8)

My thinking:

Solar 1: (1||2) - (3||4) or (1-2) || (3-4)
Solar 2: (6||7) - (5||8) or (8-5) || (6-7)

Also, does it matter if it's 2S/2P or 2P/2S?
