Hi all,

Since last weekend I have a Growatt 6000lt3-XH with an ARK-XH battery. Connected all wires between battery and RS485-plug on the inverter, and also the meter connected to the RS485-plug.
Problem is: no charging/discharging of the battery. I think I have to adjust a setting in the inverter to get it to charge/discharge, but cannot figure it out.
Any thoughts?

Oh... I do get a 'warning 217' on the inverter and 'BDC Abnormal' in the portal, but tripple-checked all wiring between inverter and battery, and all seems fine. So no clue.

I have the same behavior with Growatt 8000lt3-XH and APX battery. If I disconnected the AC then I'm able to charge the battery without issues. If When the battery is disconnected I can connect the AC without any issues.

SW versions
Growatt 8000lt3-XH DNaa225100
ShineWiFi-X 3.1.0.9

I wrote to Growatt support for assistance but haven't got any feedback yet.

If you have found a fix then I would love to hear it.

Did you resolve this. I also get "random" 217 errors and like your have triple checked everything. It may go several weeks with no 217 errors and then all of a sudden get 3 in a week. Does yours trip the cct breakers on the BDC? Mine does. Terribly unreliable and wish I could resolve.
