6000XP transfer time

Sounds like someone thought "EPS" sounded better than "loads". Not the best naming convention for a unit many (most?) use for far more than just emergency power.

BTW, I'm growing increasingly envious of all of you that can actually use your 6000XPs. My three units are still sitting in the box, on a pallet, in another building a few miles from where they will live, while they finish the new building. I feel like a kid staring at the Christmas tree, a month before the big event.

I’ve had mine running for a few months now. Once you figure out all the settings they are great. Mine has been flawless, running unattended at our cabin.

If thats the power for the inverter then what is the switch on the other side?

It seems like it has two soft power switches, one for the entire inverter, and then another for just the AC output? Am I interpreting that correctly?

The Power On/Off switch activates the inverter and sets it to standby mode. Meanwhile, the AC Output initiates the inverter's output function. Both switches would need to be On to power loads off of the inverter.

So why is it labeled "EPS output" on the actual inverter, yet it's referred to in the manual as the "AC Output" switch? Does it have more than one intended purpose or feature?
