Deye customer service stopped responding

Hello,
Does anybody know why deye whatsup customer service stopped responding? I asked a question about firmware update a month ago and they have not responded me yet. They were very punctual on responding me, usually within 24 hours. I also e-mailed them through their web site and no response. All i could think of perhaps they stopped customer service because of these sol-ark sun synk etc issues. But i am in Turkey where they do not sell those products. If anybody has any idea please let me know.
 
Chinese New Year just happened, China shuts down for 2 weeks, plus before and after it is madness as they rush to get orders out and then come back to loads of emails.

Thank you. I wish they had at least some automated response to explain their time off :).
 
They are definetely not responding. Their whatsup line of help completely closed and unresponsive. E-mail support is also not responsive. No help for even firmware update requests. That is very bad news for small installer companies.
 
Try from a different email address you have, Hotmail is routinely seen as spam as an example so changing to a different domain email may help.

They replied my previous e-mails therefore i have no reason to believe my e-mail goes to spam. They even sent me firmware update files however one needsban authorization to install those. I e-mailed them 15 days ago no reply again 5 days ago and no reply.
This behaviour reminds me last days of falling stars; a good responsive company turning to a cost saving ugly company. Not good for the DEYE brand name.

Ce comportement me rappelle les derniers jours des étoiles filantes ; une bonne entreprise réactive qui se transforme en une entreprise laide et économique. Pas bon pour le nom de la marque DEYE.

I don't really know what to think but one thing's for sure: given that their customer service is so bad, I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again.
 
I finally got a response from deye online service request. Try that. Obviously there were some problems.
 
Don't forget Google is banned in china it takes time to print off an email send it to a translator get it back come up with an answer send that back to a translator then receive it and type it out one painful English word at a time.

Oh in my case they responded and I wish they didn't. I bought a 6kw brand new inverter that came with a faulty fan. I contacted the support which acknowledged the problem and asked me to replace the fan by sending it to their service center ( a process that will take around 3-4 days in my country )and denied a replacement unit even though the inverter was under warranty and I immediately spotted the problem. What a disgrace, anyone reading this and are thinking of buying their products, think 100 times before.
 
Deye support is non-existent. If you get a response from them, it will be nonsense pretending not to understand your question.
And there is zero warranty on their products, if you have a problem they will just ignore you.

Shouldn’t that be handled by the seller/distributor?
