2A active balancing, very nice. The eg4 one is prob using passive like their 100Ah rack mounts? Not sure what the Ruixu 16kWh BMS does.

I have the bms transplanted in a different battery to start testing sooner, not the finished product yet.

Does this mean it is not a common off the shelf BMS? Did MNS build thier own BMS for their batteries?

Is it the same BMS for both the 5 and the 16kWh models? The 16kWh mentions 2A active balancing was curious if that also applies to the rack mount 5kWh.

I asked this question when I first saw the spec sheets and was told both 5kW and 16kW will have the same active balancing.... but it was jsut the grapevine.

I wonder where they will post these updated sheets since these were not posted on their site or here.
Im for sure standing by to see if these drop with a couple necessary features and a lower price point. I would love to have a half a dozen of these.
It is crazy how much cost has come down in jsut a couple years. I'm hopeful that prices will keep dropping and make more capacity more affordable.

What does "Not for unprotected outdoor installation" mean?
