So, Im in the Darien Gap, northeast Colombia and would reallllly appreciate advice - ive got

200W (2×) panels, a used but newish 75Ah lead acid battery, a 30W mppt controller and a 500W inverter... and no idea

The sun shines hard for average 4hrs a day here and I need to know if it will power a Starlink wifi router... Can anyone talk me through if and how to do so? Will i need to buy more batteries to run it all day? If so how many and what type will i need to consistently have a connection plus energy to run and charge at least one laptop and charge one phone

Id supremely appreciate any help setting up and any scribbly, back of fag packet calculations would also go down super 👌

200W x 4hrs ~ 1 kWh; 4hrs sun should be enough to recharge the battery from 0%

Starlink+router+notebook -> 150 W ?
so, you could run the equipment ~6hrs
if you'll increase battery bank to 1000Ah, then the inverter would play DC-AC conversion for other equipment
without known what other load (lights, freezer, etc) you have, cannot calculate anything

I would dig into creating own separate low voltage [12 Vdc] output to just keep running SL antenna/router/notebook from a battery, not involving that inverter.

Starlink consumes about 50w, a bit more if it's cold and the heaters turn on (shouldn't be the case in the jungle).

One question I have is you're in a "jungle." During those 4 or so hours of bright sun, how clear is the view of the sky? Both Solar Panels and Starlink really require no obstructions.

Is the starlink something that will be in continuous use all day, or will you be turning it off/on when you need to use it? What about evenings? Approx how many hours a day of use would it get?

Cellphone is pretty negligible, but what's the power requirement for your laptop?
