what battery charger is will using? a white box...

I noticed in several videos a charger that looks easy to set voltages and amps. it is a white box with red digital read out. where can i get one of those? thanks

It's a generic 'lab' power supply. You can buy them off ebay and all the other usual places. The cheapies do work but you can find their output voltage / current can wander around a bit. If you use them as a battery charger you should keep an eye on things. It'd be sad if a $100 charger wrote off $500 worth of cells.
