I am visually having trouble conceptualizing what parts I need to build it. Also I have the 30 feet to work with for the system but only 10 feet to work with for the vertical but I am assuming that is enough as I only need 14 feet total and it will be slanted 45 degrees. These are the panel dimensions. Can someone give me a list of "cheap" parts to build a mount for a row of 9 of these 2 high? Using the Pythagorean theorem I know that it needs to be 10 feet tall on the high side for the 45 degree angle to be achieved.
Thanks!!!!

I'd recommend looking into IronRidge. I used Sunmodo, and though good, IronRidge seemed to have parts that I could have purchased at the local hardware store. I used 63 inch ground screws and Schedule 40 pipe. For the bars that support the panels, consider some strut from Granger or Fastenal, and some of the mini-rail mounts from Signature Solar. https://shop.signaturesolar.us/products/metal-mini-rail-roof-mount-for-panel

List of parts I used with my installation for the panels. NOTE that I installed Vulcanized rubber 2"x2" pads between the aluminum & PT and Stainless Bolts,
KMR162-M Kinetic Solar Main Rail 13'6",
KEC40-M Kinetic End Clamp - 40mm - with K-Nut, S.S. Bolt, Washers and Lock Washers,
KMC3843-M Kinetic Mid Clamp - 38 - 43mm - with K-Nut, S.S. Bolt, Washers and Lock Washers,
KLB3-M Kinetic 3" "L" Bracket Kit, with K-Nut, S.S. Bolt, washer and lock washer,
KHGL-TS Kinetic Alum. Ground Lug TiN Plated with Tech Screw and Serrated Washer,

Hope it Helps, Good Luck.

Yes I appreciate that input, but I think we want to go with a longer lasting, possibly cheaper aluminum solution.

You might try https://base.ironridge.com/release_notes which is a web based designer for their products but if you fill out some details it will give you exact dimensions of height and width based on the panels you select, quantity, angle, etc and help you visualize how it would look. You'll need to create a free account to try it.

Think about grounding if you build your own mount. The panels are anodized, so if you don't use some kind of connector that makes electrical contact with the rail and the panel frame, you'll have to run a separate wire to every panel (and maybe to every rail depending on how you support the rails. I also used Sunmodo, their connectors for the panels pierce the anodizing so that the entire system is electrically connected. That allows you to only attach one ground wire to the whole system.
