Do you think that the 1300 can jump start a car? Would I just plug into the 12V port?

Sorry, no.
It doesn't even appear to have a 12 volt socket and even if it did it would be limited to ~10 amps.
You would need hundreds of amps to jump start a car, which varies depending on the actual engine.
This link will probably help project farm jump starters

You may use it to charge your car battery (take some time but definitely better for the car and battery) but definitely not jump-start a car.

I ended up getting it. It does have a 12V socket. The company says Yes, I can jump start without an issue.

I respectfully disagree with the hundreds of amps. I have been using a small Duracell Powercell for years to jumpstart. I think my starter has a 30A fuse....

Most likely it's the starter solenoid fuse. Sarters are usually unfused and suck a lot more than 30 A.

It takes hundreds of amps to jump a car battery.
How many do you think you can pull through a cigarette lighter socket?
You don't try to start the car using the device directly. You'll fry everything. You use the EcoFlow like any handheld car charger; hook it up thru a cig lighter or other non-starting circuit, allow the car battery to charge for a bit, then start the car. Starting the car will not pull directly from the EcoFlow, and if it's plugged into a cig lighter or something, it's fuse protected.
