It doesn't even appear to have a 12 volt socket and even if it did it would be limited to ~10 amps.
You would need hundreds of amps to jump start a car, which varies depending on the actual engine.

You don't try to start the car using the device directly. You'll fry everything. You use the EcoFlow like any handheld car charger; hook it up thru a cig lighter or other non-starting circuit, allow the car battery to charge for a bit, then start the car. Starting the car will not pull directly from the EcoFlow, and if it's plugged into a cig lighter or something, it's fuse protected.
