I have 2 12v 50ah LiFoPO4 batteries with built-in BMS of the same type as this. Can I parallel these together then series to the 12v 100ah LifoPO4 with BMS to make 24v 200 amp?

I'm a little lost -- do you have 2 or 4 12V 50aH batteries ??? If four -- YES .. if (2) .. NO

I would think so.
If the bms on the 50Ah batteries are ok with serial connections, two 50Ah, connected in parallel, then tied in serial with a 100Ah battery, SHOULD work to give you 200Ah.

Oh .. that makes more sense .. i thought he was trying to tie 4 50's together ...

12v 50ah paralled will yield 12v 100ah then serialed to 12v 100ah will yield 24v 100ah. My question was wrong sorry.
