Hi everyone,

I have a victron mppt 150 35 and a bmv 700 battery monitor.
i have a 560 amp bat lifopo4 4s2p with a jbd bms

when my soc from the bmv reach 80% its go on float, so i try to put the absorbtion put a little bit higher on the mppt..but the bms enter in security and block everything
i block the cell around 3.62 each
if i ublock higher its can go to 100 % but i dont want to oveload my cell.
any advice

Please provide all MPPT (include expert) and BMV settings

When was the last time you synced 100% SOC?

When you see a cell hit 3.6v what is the max delta with the lowest cell voltage? Should be less than 0.050v

What sort of balancer do you have? Just the JBD BMS?

It's probable,
a ) the BMV 700 is not set up correctly for lithium charging from solar.
b) the absorbtion voltage is set at too high a value.
c) there is cell inbalance.

Along with the charger and monitor settings, a screen capture of the cell voltages at BMS shutdown would be useful.
Is your battery constructed from 4 cell pairs in series, with a single BMS?
