Issue with victron bmv-712 and 3 EG4 100 amp batteries 48v

hello all
I have a victron BMV-712 shunt connected to victron lynx, I setup the app on the bmv-712 to match the info of the batteries in this case lifepo4, 48V system with 300 AMP ( 3X100 AMP), the problem its that data won't match the victron info of the batteries status, I even tried to sync that data when its full but there is no match between the batteries and the shunt. any suggestions ?

What is your absorption voltage?
